Sindh Agriculture University Announces 2027 Admissions With Scholarships and Financial Aid

Sindh Agriculture University (SAU), Tandojam, has announced admissions for 2027 for a wide range of undergraduate degree programs at its main campus, Khairpur College of Agriculture and Management Sciences, and SAU Campus Umerkot.

The university has invited fresh applications for programs in agriculture, veterinary sciences, engineering, food sciences, information technology, computer science, software engineering, English, and other fields. Applicants can submit their forms through the SAU admission portal.

SAU is offering undergraduate programs through several faculties and departments at its main campus in Tandojam.

The Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Sciences offers Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) along with BS programs in Dairy Technology, Poultry Science, and Fisheries & Aquaculture.

Under the Faculty of Crop Production, students can apply for B.Sc. (Agri.) Hons. The Faculty of Crop Protection also offers B.Sc. (Agri.) Hons.

The Faculty of Agricultural Social Sciences offers B.Sc. (Agri.) Hons. and BS English (Language & Literature).

The Faculty of Agricultural Engineering & Technology offers B.E. (Agri.) along with BS programs in Environmental Science and Agro-Industrial Engineering Technology.

These programs are designed for students who want to pursue undergraduate studies in agricultural engineering, environmental sciences, and related technical fields.

The Institute of Food Sciences and Technology is offering B.Sc. Food Science & Technology and BS Human Nutrition & Dietetics.

Students interested in food technology and nutrition can apply for these programs under the university's undergraduate admission schedule.

The Information Technology Center offers BS programs in Information Technology, Computer Science and Software Engineering.

The university also lists BS computing programs under its eligibility criteria for students who have completed Intermediate, A-Level or an equivalent qualification.

The Khairpur College of Agriculture and Management Sciences offers B.E. (Agri.), B.Sc. (Agri.) Hons., B.Sc. (Hons.) Food Science & Technology, BS Software Engineering, and BS English (Language & Literature).

At the SAU Campus Umerkot, students can apply for B.Sc. (Agri.) Hons., BS Information Technology, BS English (Language & Literature), and BS Software Engineering.

Candidates with Intermediate, A-Level or an equivalent qualification can apply for the listed undergraduate programs, subject to the requirements of the selected degree.

Candidates applying for BS programs in Fisheries & Aquaculture, Dairy Technology, Environmental Science and Agro-Industrial Engineering Technology need at least 50% marks in the relevant examination.

The university has scheduled its pre-admission entry test for November 8, 2026.

Candidates will take the test at designated centres in Hyderabad, Sukkur, and Umerkot. Applicants should complete their registration and fee payment before the deadline so they can take part in the admission process.

The university also lists a Wi-Fi-enabled smart campus, incubation and job placement centre, national and international linkages, strong industry and alumni networks, sports and recreation facilities, a 24/7 ambulance service and a CCTV-monitored campus.

Applicants can register online through the SAU admission portal and complete the application form with their personal and academic details.

A valid CNIC, email address, mobile number, and WhatsApp number are required for registration. The university has also listed a Rs. 3,000 non-refundable processing fee per seat, category or quota, which candidates can pay through HBL or 1Bill.

Applicants must upload the required documents, payment receipt or challan, and two passport-size photographs with a white or blue background.

Candidates from outside Sindh may apply against reserved or merit seats through the relevant nominating agency. The university states that self-finance applications may also be considered.
