Fully-Funded PhD in Germany With €1,500 Monthly Announced for Pakistanis

The DAAD Rosa Luxemburg Foundation Scholarship 2027 has opened applications for talented international students who plan to complete a PhD program at recognised higher education institutions in Germany.
